Plein Air Art Supply List for Moab Workshop 2025

Here is a comprehensive list of recommended plein air supplies to ensure you have everything you need for the upcoming Moab workshop:

Watercolor Paper:

  • Saunders Waterford or Arches 140 lb Cold Press Watercolor Paper (blocks or loose sheets).

    • Suggested sizes: 9x12, 11x14 for portability.

Brushes:

  • Escoda Synthetic or Winsor & Newton Sable Brushes:

    • Suggested sizes: #6, #8, #10, #12 (variety for different techniques).

​

Paints:

  • Watercolor Paints (Recommended brands: Winsor & Newton, Daniel Smith, M. Graham):

    • Suggested Palette:

      • Cadmium Yellow
